1.1 Orders
An order will only be processed once the full payment been received. There is a waiting period of up to 15 working days for delivery as most of the merchandise is exclusive and made to order.
1.2 Sizing
The customer is responsible to check their measurements from our size chart provided and select a size closest to their measurements. We will not be responsible for any change in the customer’s body size and shape between order and delivery. We will not accept liability if the merchandise does not fit and / or the merchandise needs major alterations or otherwise due to weight loss or weight gain.
1.3 Shipping
Shipping within South Africa is ZAR99.00 for orders under ZAR695.00. Free shipping is provided for any orders over ZAR1500.00. For International Shipping at checkout you will be promoted to enter your address to calculate the shipping rate to your country. We will not be responsible for customs charges or any additional charges and taxes you may occur for International Shipping. Delays on all international orders during COVID-19 due to flights. Orders will be shipped on available flights only. All purchases are insured until you have received them.
1.4 Exchanges / Returns
Merchandise should be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging if there is a manufacturing defect. The courier cost if a repair has to be done due to a manufacturing fault will be at our cost. Proof of delivery with a brief reason for the refund request should be sent to info@eliball.co.za and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. No refunds and exchanges shall be given on any merchandise on promotion. For hygienic reasons masks, buffs, underwear, bodysuits and earrings for pierced ears, may not be returned or exchanged.
1.5 Sale Disclaimer
All Sale items are sold as-is and are a final sale. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits provided once the item is purchased. Discount Vouchers do not apply to any merchandise that is currently on sale.
